Frankfurt a. M., 10 March 2017 – this is already the third time digital services provider Bookwire has provided valuable data for the “Global eBook Report”. Comparative data from several international markets constitutes an important part of the standard work each year. For the first time, the report’s publisher is giving a preview of the content at London Book Fair - with Bookwire there, of course.
According to Jens Klingelhöfer, manager of Bookwire GmbH, “the preview of the 2017 Global eBook Report at London Book Fair gives an exciting glimpse of important trends on the digital markets, including by linking up with the launch of the global “BookMap” initiative for gathering and analysing international data sources for the publishing sector”. The preview by publisher Rüdiger Wischenbart, with extracts from the Global eBook Report 2017, will be given on 14 March from 16.00 GMT (London Book Fair, Gallery / Upper Storey, Suite 2).
Bookwire @ Global eBook Report 2017: Reliable, internationally unique data
Klingelhöfer explains that “this year, we have once again shared informative, reliable data from the various international markets with the publisher. Because of the international nature of our business, we are well-known as being the only one that can provide reliable data on trends and developments on the various eBook markets”.
“By working with Bookwire we can achieve great depth in data collection, as well as comparability of trends across many markets. This is why we can no longer imagine the constant further development of our collection without the teams from Frankfurt and the digital service provider’s international offices”, says Global eBook Report publisher Rüdiger Wischenbart on Bookwire’s importance for the publication.
